1.Pricing:

All prices are FOB Kathmandu, Nepal only. Prices are subject to change without a prior notification, but your price becomes fixed upon acknowledgement and through the delivery of your order.

2.Payment:

The purchaser must give a 50% advance payment with their confirmed order and the remaining amount must be paid 2 weeks before delivery.

3.Delivery:

A lead time of 2-3 months or as otherwise agreed upon is required.

4.Packing:

Wooden or carton boxes will be used for packaging. Most items will also be individually packaged. Instructions on packing, if any, will be provided.

5.Freight:

Normally goods are sent by air freight, but if requested items may be shipped by sea freight if they meet the necessary volume and weight requirements, or if consolidated with other suppliers as instructed.
